Wine Tastings

Wine tasting evenings are organised in the garden of the domain. They last approximately 2 hours, and are accompanied by music.

Those wine tastings, done by a wine professional, will be served with a sweet and savoury buffet.

Well-Being Days

Those well-being days combine healthy cooking and massages, meditation, chi gong: better eating, better breathing and better moving to reinforce our immunity.

Our days, from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm, will start with an explanation of the day program, together with a hot drink or a fruit juice, and will continue with a cooking class. We will then have lunch, and finish with a 

workshop on the body in the afternoon.

Cooking & Health workshops

Our Cooking & Health workshops take place in the kitchen of the domain, together with the chef Camille from "Marseille Traiteur by Camille". She will teach you to boost your immunity by cooking better (choosing the ingredients, their nutritive value, seasonal food, how to cook them so that they keep all their properties)
