General terms and conditions 

Arrivals are scheduled for 5 pm. However, on request and depending on our possibilities, an early afternoon arrival can be considered.

Departures are scheduled for 10am.

A minimum stay of 4 nights is required for cottages in July and August.

 

 

Payment :

To validate the reservation, a deposit of 50% is required and paid either by credit card directly via the website, or by bank transfer. This payment is non-refundable. The other 50% must be paid on site.

 

 

Cancellation policy

We have a no-refund cancellation policy, but we usually manage to reschedule cancelled bookings in spring or autumn, provided that the cancellation has been made by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. Otherwise, the deposit paid cannot be carried forward.

Customers are advised to consider taking out travel cancellation insurance with the insurer of their choice at the time of confirmation.
